Good for you kendall....Just keep in mind when any urges come your way, you are only one smoke away from being a smoker again. So don't even think you can fudge and have just one. Stay a non-smoker by never ever smoking again. The Mudcat is great and my PC opens to it so I can catch up with a quick run through. I have to admit that I skim the threads and often have some real issues swish right over me. My addiction to it is tapering a bit since I don't always find the extra time to devote to it as it deserves. Three years of non-smoking and a lifetime of Mudcat has a good healthy outlook for you. By clicking on the Date (Posted), you will dig out every message posted that day.
