In answer to that I say "Don't you think it is time we put some responsibility on the children in our communities"?. Everyone in the community has some responsibility and more especially the parents. All our societies are in fast decline and what do we actually do about it? Nothing constructive. All we can do is look at ways of getting people off charges because they have had a dreadful upbringing, a terrible childhood.
People CHOOSE whether they commit a crime or not. To my mind, the crime should be dealt with and if a person, children included, is guilty then they should be dealt with in an adequate way.
