Thank you all for your help and suggestions - a lot of info which I will start to follow up now. JohnB, whilst I would dearly love to be able to fly your whole team over from Canada for the party, and put you up in our special hand knitted tent, alas funds do not allow. Or perhaps we could form a tent out of the bride's train to save on expenses....no, still can't manage. Will pm those of you so kind as to offer help in the next couple of days, after I have confirmed date and place with our best man!Thanks so much, Eleanor
