What a great weekend, despite the weather. Not as many folks there as I'd hoped but being stuck in V Festival Traffic on the way made it seem bigger than it was. Had a fantastic time with Sal, (I'm in love with the Lemonade Lady) Mike, (get on that stage and play again) Bob, (thanks for the gig) Robbie, (don't shout) Lizzie, (for showing Sarah the ropes) Joan, (for the bald headed men) Paul, (Spanish pop songs a speciality) Gwyneth & Pete (competently running the open mike) etc and we all played some great stuff. The stage was brilliant, (lets fill it next time) and who knows, maybe another time, my name will be on the programme too. Saw some great turns, highlights for me were George (you know how to spell it) and Les (woof woof). The facilities were superb, (porta loos in all the right places)the stalls varied (from Lemonade (did I mention -I'm in love with ...) to bric a brac (she's in and out the bric a brac). The kids (Mark and Sarah) loved it and so did Polly (on the shore). Thanks Burntwood, if I can, I'll be back, if only to get my tuner. Geoff (of the bright yellow shoes)
