Well, someone took my perfectly legitimate request to explain "African Diaspora" off the thread so I will explain it myself for those who may not be familiar with the concept. "The term diaspora, describes the experience of people who, through slavery, colonialism, imperialism, and migration, have been forced to leave their native lands."
