I think along the same lines. It's actually wasteful to farm organically.

But a while back, I picked up some "organic" celery by mistake, and I'll be damned if it doesn't taste better. It's so wasteful and indulgent, and yet it tastes so good! Must I give up flavor for social responsibility? It makes me so sad.
