Step One:

Douse the tuner end with lighter fluid or some other suitable flammable material.

Step Two:

Insert (forcefully) the other end in your player's "other end."

Step Three:

Light the flammable fluid.

(This method ensures that the victim will burn his hands pulling the bloody thing out!)
