Mingulay Walkers of rickmansworth canal boats (6) RE: Walkers of rickmansworth canal boats 01 Mar 07

Alas Walkers yard is now a Tesco store which has a few blow ups of the yard on the walls. Not sure of what butties may be remaining but you could try enquiring at the Batchworth Canal Centre which is just a few yards away. Alternatively have a look at www.narrowboatworld.com and send them an e-mail asking for this information. One of the readers may well know the answer. The British Waterways Musuem at Stoke Bruerne is worth a go too.

You could also try Googling for historic narrowboat sites. There are quite a lot out there.
