Whether Rap is political (or even music for that matter) is beside the point. Not everyone wants to be force fed someone elses music/noise. I would feel the same way if it was any genre. On a similar vein, classical and opera music has been used to clear teenagers hanging around store fronts or in the malls. Apparently it works like a charm. Petr.
