Mike I stand happily, but surprisedly, corrected!! :-) Come to think of it, I do recall him and Rector doing a thing called "Ol' Bill" Very good musically but a tad too sycophantic for me..he didnt need to patronise anyone, such was the standard of his playing!! ( I always felt, rightly or wrongly, BM was a bit too far up his own arse!! ) Regards to all....Spot
