William "Billy" Zantzinger is currently the Commodore of the Cobb Island Yacht Club in Cobb Island, MD. CIYC is a member of the Potomac River Yacht Club Association, making him "Important?". If you would like to meet him attend, the Cobb Island Days Festival June 16th and 17th on Cobb Island in Southern Maryland off Hwy 301. Or hang out at Shymansky's Bar at Shymansky's Marina on the land side of the island where he keeps his boat.
