Hiya, It's probably not appropriate, but I have done lots of corporate AV work which involves plugging other peoples laptops into our projectors and hoping they play nice! Toshibas have always been really good at this, Compaq - now HP - good but weird if you need to change settings, Sony good but often overpriced. Having said that, I'm on my third Sony Vaio laptop, and I love them, although you need to open them up and blow the dust out every so often, or I do in the building site I live in! Cheers, Qtwf
