BBC 2 has just shown Dame Shirley Bassey's set. I am minded of that great exchange from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Who's that then? I dunno, must be a [dame]. Why [She]hasn't got sh*t all over [her]. I think most folk perfomers are being kept away from the stages where the BBC put the cameras. However, in Radio Times I see that a picture of Seth Lakeman appears against the "best of" the Jazz World Stage highlights to be shown on BBC 4 at 9pm this Friday. Which is odd, because when they printed Radio Times he hadn't even performed yet, so how did they know that was going to be one of the highlights?
