I'm finally getting around to trying the Faux Woody's that Claire so graciously dropped off last week. I agree with Michael that she pretty much has it nailed - the right saltiness for sure and closer than mine on the hickory flavor. I think mine might be a tad closer on the pepperiness, though. They're both decent substitutes, but I'd split my vote 60% to Claire's & 40% to mine.
