Hoo-boy, this sure has turned into one of Mudcat's most happening threads! Big thanks to Claire for starting it, to all the cooks for their efforts, and special kudos to SF Bill for getting Woody's into his little virtual store. And of course a HUGE thanks to Richard at Woody's Foods! Hmmm... maybe I'll go with BBQ for Xmas dinner... Cheers, Michael
