l o l o a q i c i 8 2 q b 4 i p can't remember where I saw it but it was a long time ago. I am told that during the 2nd world war when there were shortages of all kinds in Britain, notices appeared in some Government establishments that were meant for the office staff. However, the notices were removed and placed in the lavatories above the toilet paper dispensers. They read:- "There is a National shortage of paper, please use both sides"
