Heston was mainly known as an actor & for that he will be sorely missed. I was never a great fan but at least knew any film of his would be watchable & free of offensive, abusive language (unlike this forum). Re. the slagging of GG GG was not the first to bring up the NRA stance - indeed the opening post misquotes the famous 'pry from cold dead fingers'. The next few posts refer to his NRA stance.
