Apologies if this has already been answered, but Roy Book Binder's version of Delia is basically "Cocaine Blues" with two extra chords: a C in G form (fifth fret barre across the D, G, and B strings with your little finger on the 8th fret) and an F in D form (play a D chord with your middle, ring, and little fingers, move it up three frets, and get the root (D string, third fret) with your index finger). All the rest of it is essentially Cocaine blues, and you play it in standard tuning. Book Binder does capo up two frets, though.
