Trefor's friend Stuart, who has arranged the rugby club venue says it will not be possible for campervans or caravans to go to the crematorium, but has confirmed that they can stay at the rugby club the night before - best to get there before 10.00 pm while the staff are still there. It would help to have some idea of how many vans are coming i.e campervans and caravans so that arrangements for transport from the rugby club can be arranged either via car sharing or if necessary a mini bus/coach. As I am not on mudcat as much as she is Hils has kindly agreed that she will collate this information for Stuart so please can anyone intending to take their campervan or caravan send Hils a PM, also when you might be arriving.
