Does anyone have contact information for Inge Wessels? She wrote and recorded The Tugboat Song on Folkways FW38405, Sea Music of Many Lands: The Pacific Heritage, in 1979. We are recording the song for an upcoming CD, Northwest Tugboat Tales, and we would like to pay her songwriting royalties. I searched all the usual places: the liner notes, Harry Fox Agency,BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, the U.S. Copyright Office, and found nothing. Before I pay the fee to the Copyright Office for a compulsory license, I'd like to make a try to find her here.
