My grandfather luke or sonny as his mates called him was a miner right from the age of 13 through the war and the strikes. He isnt around anymore i never got to ask him about what it was like for him through all that time what it was like. Wondered if anyone who was around in that time could tell about what life was like in this time. I wont remember this website so i was wondering, people, if u could email me your thoughts. matt.thorns@yahoo.co.uk A massive bonus would be if you could send me a rough outline of what the chords where so i could sing their song to my children. cheers matt
