I had a Clancy Bros - Tommy Makem (I think) album in the late '60s. There was a tune on there that was (I think) a lullaby, sung in a deep voice. The lyrics went something like "on the winds of the night may your fury be lost, May no one who's dear to our island? Ireland? be lost, Blow the winds gently, Come ____ ____ ____ ____, Shine your light brightly and guide in thy fold? boat? ... I cant get the bleedin tune out of my head and I havent heard it in 40 years and I cant find it on the internet ... it seems like it was titled Coonawara Lullaby but I dont know why I think that ... (I'm gettin old).. I'm playin the ukulele now and I want to learn this song ... Maybe it wasn't Clancy's et al but they were real big in the U.S. then and I was a DJ at a local radio station and I used to play this thing once a week at least ... now I cant for the life of me remember what it was ...any help or links or guidance would be appreciated ...
