Tyke Humphrey Smith a Two Faced B*st*rd (92* d) RE: Humphrey Smith a Two Faced B*st*rd 05 Oct 10

Well I think it used to be a flogging offence to fly countries flag upside down!
No one seems to bother much now in the Conservative Club in Saddleworth where they are proud, I've told, to be in Yorkshire I found them hanging Yorkshire White Rose upside down. Tykes News the Rose is upside down on the front cover.
Can you tell them no! because they point to the Rose on the gates of Keighly Castle.
But wait shock horror Keighly Castle was a Lancastrian Castle the Archers from Cravendale fought for Lancaster.

The Yorkshire Rose should have Two Barbs at the Top and a Single Barb at the bottom. The Red Rose of Lancaster should have a Single Barb at the Top and Two Barbs at the bottom. Why probably for the same reason that a Stop Sign is the only inverted Triangle. So you can recognise the difference when they get covered with snow, as the Lancastrian Roses did not a mile away from Humphrey's House at the Battle of Towton Moor.

SHAME ON YOU HUMPHREY SMITH YOUR CLAIM TO THE YORKSHIRE ROSE IS FALSE.

YOUR COMMERCIAL LOGO IS BASED ON A LANCASTRAIN ROSE. IT HAS A SINGLE BARB AT THE TOP!

HOW DARE YOU TRY TO LAY CLAIM TO THE COLOURS OF A YORKSHIRE REGIMENT? HOW MANY BRAVE ENGLISH SOLDIERS HAVE DIED OR HAVE BEEN WOUNDED DEFENDING THEIR REGIMENTS COLOURS?

TO CLAIM THAT THE WARRIOR LOGO IS TOO SIMILER TO THE SAM SMITH LOGO AND THAT IT COULD CAUSE CONFUSION IS LIKE SAYING A STOP SIGN IS TOO SIMILAR TO A GIVE WAY SIGN.

There are other ways to tell the difference between Sam Smiths and Warrior from Croptons Brewery. Music being allowed whilst you enjoying a pint being just one!
