shipcmo James Madison Carpenter shanties (38) RE: James Madison Carpenter shanties 21 Dec 10

As I muddle along with my "Great Exercise in Futility", i.e., an Index of First Lines for Shanties & Sea Songs, I came upon the following:
From the James Madison Carpenter Collection Online Catalog:
Page 03139 : The Ship That Never Returned [song text] James Dwyer (contributor)
Genre         song - forebitter
First line        Twas a summer morn and the waves did ripple

AND,
From the Frank C. Brown Collection of North Carolina Folklore
Volume II, page 507: The Ship That Never Returned
First Line   On a summer day, as the waves were rippling

Are the Carpenter texts available anywhere?
Cheers,
Geo
