Was Hitler born in Germany? No! He was born in Austria. But he still got elected head honcho in Germany in 1933, didn't he? I don't see why Chongo can't do the same kinda thing here. It's simple...we just annex the small part of Africa that Chongo was born in, make it the 51st state of the USA, that clears up the birthplace issue, and Bob's yer uncle! ;-D Child's play!
