I've just looked up Potters Chest Mixture on the H&B website, and they've also got one called Potter's Catarrh Mixture. I will go to my local H&B and ask their advice which one to take.. I've suffered with catarrh and sinusitis all my life and have just been told I've now got dust mite allergy. I saw a specialist and they said there was 'nothing they could do' about the problem. Funny how no doctor or specialist has ever suggested that I cut out dairy, though I've heard so many people say it works for them. Doctors never suggested getting rid of my carpets either, though it's an obvious thing to do. Doctors are pretty useless with allergies, in my experience.
