I would be more confident if the Dems finally presented a budget which could be discussed. Obama presented a budget in Jaunuary which was rejected by the Senate 97-0, and Harry Reid has not presented a budget in some 2 1/2 years. All we are discussing today are "frameworks," and arbitrary numbers which appear to still kick the can down the road. There is just a limit how far down the road we can go with debt ceiling increases and continuing resolutions.
