I SHALL be re-subscribing to Living Tradition when my current subscription expires. Hector Christie was at Sidmouth promoting the mag, and if this was the tip of a pro-active campaign to relaunch the mag, then good on his and Pete's initiative. I value hard copy magazines and journals - some of us don't have the ackers to carry around iBooks or whatevery latest e-gadgetry the market decides to thrust on us. Apart from ED&S, Living Tradition provides an excellent service in providing prompt awareness into what's happening on the scene. I notice too that's its orbit is permeating its way southwards. I hope that in future, the mag explores some of the wider joys of the 'Tradition' such as the mummers play featured in the current edition, rather than concert artistes featured in R2 or fRoots - each valid coverage in their own right. We need more diversity in the tradition as the recession bites, not just one focus. Good on yer, Living Tradition. Keep up the good work!
