Those days are gone, and very few English hold a candle for colonialism, just the tory toffs and their cohorts running the country. We just want to join in on an equal footing (actually, I don't as I love Irish trad bestest) because it looks great fun. I love the American musicians, and can watch Lunny and McGoldrick until the cows come home. Jerry Douglas is brilliant.
