Guest, As I understand, Nic does not want his albums bootlegged. He wants a proper resolution. And I didn't realise Vin Garbutt had also been affected.

There is a suspicion that certain people have been avoiding their responsibility to pay royalties by releasing home-burned CD ROMS which do not get declared to the relevant organisation (MPCS). Pressed CD's would have to be declared and the number of copies would be known.
