This is a 72 song caled Hot Butter by a group called Popcorn, you can google it and find a sample of it on Amazon, they also have a song called perculator The previous poster has it turned around, the title is "Popcorn", the group is Hot Butter, but their 1972 version is a cover, the original is by Gershon Kingsley in 1969, and there have been MANY other cover versions, some of them virtually indistinguishable from Hot Butter's. Many versions are on YouTube, you could probably spend an hour or more listening to all of them.
