Welcome (in advance) to the City that care forgot. I don't follow classical jazz that much but its here. WWOZ at http://www.wwoz.org/ is a good place to start. The radio station is an integral part of our Jazzfest (April/May). The Times Picayunne site might help locate something current. http://www.nolalive.com/entertainment/

There's a bit of folk and a bit of celtic but not much singing. Lots of Cajun and Zydeco dancing.
