All this cephalopod talk reminds me of a dish I had at a Korean restaurant a few years ago. I don't remember what it was called in Korean, but the English description read 'Cuttlefish Casserole,' which sounded interesting. I ordered it, and the waitress asked if I'd like the 'mild' version, as it is a very spicy dish. I chuckled and said something about how I'm sure I could handle it. They brought me out a platter of something that looked like what I imagine shark vomit to look like, with cute little tentacles poking out, which didn't really bother me. But it was REALLY spicy. Unpleasantly, painfully spicy. My eyes teared up and my mouth was on fire, but I choked down the whole mess it was a very large platter...). Probably should have taken the 'mild' version, eh? ---Lepus Rex
