Eventually got it back, but had to go there to enquire state of play. I could have had it back Bank Holiday Monday, if 1/ they'd left a message, 2/ they'd rung my mobile , 3/ they'd bothered to call again.
They claim to have sorted the problem, but they haven't !!!! Found partial solution through trial and error, but not 100 per cent.
Phoning them only gets you to Curry's call centre and is totally n.b.g.
