Reinhard, your site is magnificent, but I offer you a correction to one verse of one song: I'd rathere be tending my sheep. http://mainlynorfolk.info/folk/songs/idratherbethentingmysheep.html A shepherd I've been all the days that I've seen, When the fields they're white and the fields they are green. And I do meet my foe when the cold wind does blow, When the fox is so cunning, hide down in the snow. But the fourth line should read: When the foxes so cunning hide down in the snow. This wording makes sense, while that on your website doesn't. Recently I heard this, sung by the Furrow Collective (I think specifically by Lucy Farrell), several times, and I am sure I heard the words correctly. Sorry to be pedantic, but i want to be helpful. I don't know of you will ever rerad this comment, but i do not see on youre own website how a reader is meant to communicate with you. best wishes Tim Colchester, UK
