Yes - how did Lumi Entertainment exactly acquire the ' rights ' to Folk Heritage and Midas Recordings artists and material? The Folkal Point album has been available on iTunes since 2011 via Lumi. I discovered this only today! But it is not just Folkal Point, other artists that have contributed to the thread are equally aggrieved. Nobody has received any notification of circumstances or any royalty payments. Worse still - it seems as though Lumi sold their rights to this revenue stream in January, 2014 to a much larger company: One Media IP Group PLC. Anybody involved, such as Folkal Point, need to be able to register their interest somehow, in order to receive their rightful royalties. How could this have happened? Does anybody have any positive suggestions?
