Just saw this thread - I know someone who knows him, or used to. I'll try phoning him, though he's usually out in the evenings (it's about 9 pm here). But I'll give him a ring tomorrow morning (my time) and see if he can run down Cool Filter. Phil is by all accounts very nice, and his songs are sung everywhere here. Anyway, I'll try to pass the question on via my friend, and let you know what happens. If there's any personal info, I'll email it.
