Jim - NK has NO nuclear attack capability. It has a small number of warheads (last time I saw a number, it was something like 6; it might well be more now). It has no delivery system. It has no bomb, as far as I know. If it did & if it has a plane capable of carrying it, that plane has no chance of reaching its target. It has no missile capable of delivering a payload to its target. We're talking about one dodgy leader... Which is precisely why the prize twat is grandstanding over this question! :-/
