Here in Cheshire there has been no rain since early May.
But early this morning the clouds opened and we has torrential rain...but it lasted only a couple of minutes.
Sen you post today reminds me of being in Mexican Restaurant. There had been a long drought there and as we were being served there was an almighty clap of thunder and torrential rain. The waiters put down our plates and ran out int the road with their tongues out. The storm lasted a couple of hours. We were asked to stay until the rain stopped. We all had a huge party.....on the house.
