So I went to a church summer camp where we sang a version of this song and it went a little like this. We would all stand in a circle and hold hands, and on the second ‘barrump’ everyone would take a big step in and keep doing it until we couldn’t anymore. I wanna linger A little longer A little longer here with you Barrump And as the years go by I’ll look at you and sigh This is goodnight but not goodbye Barrump And repeat until we can no longer take a step in anymore, at which point everyone was laughing and crying. -Vivi
