Please, Nick, don't eat hedgehogs or share recipes (perhaps you were joking? But I cannot tell) Hedgehogs are in danger of extinction in the UK. There are now fewer than a million left. I do rescue and rehabilitation on a small scale and saw fewer hogs last summer than ever before, and all brought to me for rescue perished. If you live in the UK help the hogs by growing pollinating plants, ensuring that your fence allows hogs to reach neighboring gardens, avoiding pesticides, and leaving some areas of the garden untidy
