Wonderful idea. But it needs some open source modification to allow flexibility around the face, to make it comfortable and seal to anyone's face. It will happen I am sure. Maybe some form of rubber piping that squashes. And regular washing with soap/alcohol. There are plenty of alternatives, not all with the filter downwards. alternative design 1 another alternative, rubber edging here a load more search results here
