Eugene Lambe, a fine piper, flute player, singer, songwriter, instrument maker etc etc etc - once of Dublin, now living in Kinvara, near Galway - composed a song in this tradition to immortalise a local confection. I'll ask him to post it or to allow me to do so. Regards
