OK, I was going to copy the whole thing from "Lloyd's Ethiopian Song Book" (1847), but it's so long and stupid, and racially disagreeable in places, that I've changed my mind. The Davy Crockett episode by far the best part. It's pretty much as above. The whole thing runs on for more one and a half single-spaced, double-column pages.
