Sad news indeed, I only knew Rich this past year or so thru the various US festivals on zoom. He was truly one of the Good Guys, and a tech maestro - and one of the most positive and genuinely encouraging of the folks I've had the privilege of meeting and working with over the zoom-waves. He introduced me to several of my new singing friends across the pond. Thankyou Rich, for everything, and may you rest in peace. And condolences to his family and many friends.
