Soundpost looks good. I see EFDSS is one of several sponsors. Digging around led me to this: https://www.efdss.org/images/present/Docs/Library/DiversityConference2021ProgrammeWWW.pdf which seemed to touch on many aspects relevant to this discussion. For example I think many would regard shanties as part of 'English folk music' but, as discussed in great detail on mudcat at times, it's really not that simple.
