I have tried to find the Madden Ballads online. I can only find reference to the Gale microfilm of 1987. The closest library to me that has the microfilm is in Notre Dame.
Jonathan you have access to academic resources both digital and personal. Would it be possible for you to get a print out of Madden Ballad microfilm Reel: 03, Frame 1802 "The Rover" ?
