I hope this solves the 21 year old question of what "President will never know, I should bloody coco": I believe it is Presi-dumb will never know, Washoe bloody Koko. Washoe and Koko were a chimpanzee and a great ape that were taught to talk with sign language in the 1980s. The Rainbow Warrior was sunk by the French version of the CIA; the head of that service got caught and service a minimal sentence.
