When there's nothing left to lose - the gloves can come off. And they all should have expected it. Years ago the host of Wall Street Week, Louis Rukeyser, was notified by Maryland Public Broadcasting that his program was going off the air in a few months, or was getting a new host and direction, something along those lines - it was a political decision, and on his next program (they were live) his monologue flayed the decision makers on their choice. That was his last program—they pulled the plug. It will be a test to see if CBS can stand the sharp knives of wit being sharpened and pointed at them and the Trump folks they are trying to appease.
