And I'd suggest that, instead of a cassette player, get a table-top/rack-mounted minidisc recordert with digital I/O (I use a Sony MDS-JE530 at work) It's not much more expensive than the pocket minidisc - far cheaper than a really good cassette player, anyway. Then you can transfer your tracks digitally onto another disc (or onto a computer - if you have a 'digital in' soundcard that is - and make a CD of them or ...). Besides, table-tops have larger buttons on them or can be remote-controlled, if you want to listen to the discs sitting in your comfy-chair or whatever :-)
